Quranic Park Al Khawaneej: Luminous Light Fitting Project
Quranic Park is a place to experience Emirati culture. The park is made with the Islamic values which are mentioned in the holy book of the Quran. It comprises different areas with themes such as the park having a glass house and cave as their special features. Inside the glass house, there are various crops to educate the visitors. Whereas, the cave offers a story of Islamic history which is great for tourists to learn. There are also places in the park where they have grown different crops and also includes a small oasis. The park’s size is vast and the residents of Dubai come for a family outing. This is where people come together and enjoy with their loved ones.
Overview of the Project
We call it ‘The Holy Project’ because Quranic Park is made by following Islamic values. So it’s a great opportunity for the project given. The client which is the Dubai Municipality requirements for the projects is to Supply and Install as the main contractor for the lighting. They required new sets of LED lights to replace the old conventional lights. As LED lights have become very popular due to their benefits, many landmarks switch over to LED for better efficient lights.

To replace existing downlight fittings with LED light fittings in wooden pergolas or sitting areas.
Provide and install the appropriate cables to wooden pergolas or sitting areas following DEWA standards and approved voltage drop calculations.
Project Purpose
The main purpose of the project was to give the best lighting service to the client. We do not compromise on the quality. And suggested Fumagali Lights to the clients which is an Italian brand. Fumagali lights are IP65 which means it comes with water resistance and also weatherproof. Because of the lighting quality, the client agreed to install the Fumagali Lights. The lights also come with the 5 years of warranty.
Project Outcome
After the selection of the lights, the next step was for the lighting service which is the installation of lights. The installation took place in the sitting areas called the wooden pergolas of the park. These wooden pergolas are where people get the main source of light during the night time.
